General
When is my payment due?
Payment is required up front so I can source your cutters, packaging and any other items needed to provide you with the perfect cookies. Your payment also reserves your pickup date.
Do you deliver?
All orders are pickup only unless otherwise stated. Delivery can be an option if you live within 15 miles of the pickup location (Eagan, MN) with an additional $5 fee.
Delivery may not be an option for presale items.
How much notice do you need for a custom cookie order?
Typically I require at least 10 days to be able to accommodate a custom cookie order. While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time under 10 days will require a rush fee.
Will you make character cookies?
Copyrighted images (ie. Disney) are protected, and I won’t be able to replicate them on your cookies, but we can look into the possibility of a similar color palette.
Can I change my order?
Order changes can be made until 4 days prior to the scheduled pickup date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply.
Do you have an order minimum?
I require a minimum order of one dozen cookies. Need fewer? Stay tuned for a presale announced on my social media pages!
How do I handle the cookies once I have them?
Once you pick up the order, what happens to your cookies is all on you. Keep them cool, keep them safe and keep them away from any potential cookie crushers!
Presales
What is a presale?
A cookie presale your chance to order cookies now and pick them up later. I generally go on sale with a presale in the weeks leading up to a major holiday, such as Christmas. Each presale's pickup time will be different, but will be listed at several places throughout my website, and will always be on the item's page.
Can you customize my presale items?
Presale items are not customizable unless explicitly stated on the item's page.
Can I pickup my presale items at a different time?
The pickup time frame is chosen because it is the time I set aside to be home for customer pickups, however, I am happy to chat about a different pickup time that works for both of us! Email me at briar@dennysdesserts to inquire.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Refund are offered up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as I have likely already ordered the materials needed to complete your custom order.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Due to the nature of custom cookies, I am unable to accommodate exchanges.
What if I don't show up to pickup my order?
These cookies are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. If you need to reschedule your order, please reach out at least 3 days prior to your pickup time.
